That means listening to how they think about hitting, understanding what has worked for them, and finding ways to communicate that make sense to them.

My coaching processThe hitter is at the center of a repeating clockwise cycle: Assess—understand the hitter. Prioritize—choose a focus. Train—practice with purpose. Then return to Assess.
